Fuel gauge sender

Hello,

can anyone tell me or even better have pics of the fuel gauge sender in a clio?

Does it sit in the top of the tank or is it fitted inside the tank so it is'nt accesable?

Its part of the unit that the pump sits in.

I did have a pic but have misplaced it i'm afraid
