fuel pressure regulator

hi all. long story short iv had a ongoin problem i nw believe itz my fuel pressure reg at fault guna check fuel pressure tomora. can ne1 tell me what pressure shud it be at?.also can u buy the reg seperate or is it a full pump/sender unit?

i have been told it has a fuel pressure reg in the tank.also if i leave vehicle for bout 10 to 12 hours will not start first time
