Fuel rails and injector differences?

Is there any difference to the physical dimensions to a Clio 172 fuel rail and injector to a megane 225 fuel rail and injector.

Mostly referring to pitch between injectors and how the injector connects to the rail.

There is more to it than just physical dimensions, and will it fit, what about the correct spray angle, spray pattern, injector duty cycle, and being able to scale them correctly!
