fuel shut off valve

Guys

problem with my car and have got the aa out. problem is, he seems to think its a problem with the fuel shut off valve (car wouldnt start, thought it was flat battery and turned it over, hence the theory the furl shut off valve may have kicked in)

trouble is, no idea where the darn thing is located! anyone help asap?

its a clio 182

Its built into the ecu and resets itself, won't be that.
