Fuel Tank Leaking!!!

i own a 1.4 clio - when i fill the tank to the brim it drips fuel out of the fuel tank does anybody no whether this is a normal problem!? could it be a blocked breather or something - it leaks about an 1/8 of a tank. ANY HELP WOOD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

I'd just drop a match and claim the insurance money.. I feel like doing it to mine... lol

On my old 1.2, I had a problem with the seal on the top of the tank had gone, and was leaking fuel out of there when it was full.
The seal was under where the fuel gauge goes into on the top, under the reara seats, might be similar..
