full lock noise?

as above, when i turn full lock to the right i get a weird/worrying noise? any ideas?

some power assissted cars do this not sure why but my old dears ford focus does it as does my old man bmw m3 and my birds pug 206.... sounds like a whining noise. all been told nothing to worry about though
