Fullrun tyres? very cheap

I use about ten car forums and this is the only one where people are so hung up on tyres. I really find it hilarious. OP it's a 1.2, do what millions of people in this country do. Go to your local tyre dealer and see what they recommend.

I did that once a few years back (ok 13). I was sold 4 Roadhogs for £250. Car sounded like a 1970s american police car at anything over 25mph. eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkk round every corner

Well I don't like to skimp on my cars so I don't see why I should skimp on tyres especially as usually the difference between a s**t budget tyre and a good midrange tyre is only £10 a corner?

No different from buying the shittest oil and other parts for my car.

People can fit what ever they want, if they would save £50 or whatever that's up to them but I will always recommend good tyres no matter what.

Yours isn't a 1.2 though Ben. I've used budgets on "normal" cars for 22 years. Oh and they last twice as long as premium tyres IME.

Where is best to get tyres done in the Bedford area? Had some new PS3 fitted in Norwich by a Blackcircles 'Premier' garage who were essentially a bunch of half wits.

Keep it as a spare, then put it on when you get stuck.

We get people fitting just 2 on the front and think that will be ok, then they return a week later because they've had a scary moment and get them all round.

Or A brand new car with a flat tyre that needs replaced running good continentals and they fit 1 nankang lol.

Yeah true. I always run top of range but I work in tyre trade.

But minimum I would fit anyway is mid range such as Falken/kumho/Avon etc.

Same goes for my girlfriends car etc.

Suppose some people don't care about things like that and spend their money on other personal items instead.

nowhere. I buy from camskill etc and fit them nextdoor or go and see a mate in Cranfield
