funny buzzing sound

iv got a funny buzzing sound coming from inside my 51 plate 172 i think it may be coming from the tweeters but im not sure. its funny because when your in the drivers seat it sounds like its coming from the passinger side but when in the passinger seat it sounds like its coming from the drivers side. this is why i think it might be the tweeters. has anyone got any clue what it may be because it gets a bit teadious after a while.

Sounds like the climate control fan up in the interior light cluster.

THey prety much all do it, but are fairly easy to replace..

pull the panel where the lights is out and then disassemble the fan off it.
