funny noise

when im driving along my car squeaks i thinks its coming from the wheels or the brakes or the springs it happens when i go over bumps in the road or when im turning a corner. any ideas on what it could be

purhaps youve got a mouse stuck in your suppension and it keeps getting squashed so it makes a squeaking noise lol

182s squeak alot when going over bumps.

My dynamique never used to tho.

i posted the same about 2 weeks ago and nobody answered me either!!

It a pain in the harris isnt it. Mines a 51 plate 172 and its been doing it for about 5 weeks now. comes from the passenger side front - I think it must be the suspension. Ive tried spraying WD40 in the top mounts but hasnt solved it.

Infact mines in the body shop at the moment having a new bumper and wing and ive told them that the noise started after the crash so theyre looking at it / doing a geometry check etc- Im due to get the car back tomorrow so Ill let you know what they say if theyve sorted it

Lewy as above afaik it is common with the renaultsports for the suspension to sqeak and creak but my other dynamique I used to own never had that problem and not heard about it before on them.

Mine does a similar thing, but I think I know what it is.
I had similar problem on a another car it was the handbrake cable rubbing against the exhaust pipe, & it made a squeak with sudden movemet changes.
It took me ages to suss what it was.

Anyway my 172 is doing it now & it has been for ages, but I cant be bothered to get under the car to look at it yet.
