Fuse keeps blowing (pics)

The following fuse keeps blowing in my car

Am I right in thinking its a 10a that goes there? I keep replacing it and it blows every day more or less. I'm thinking its a slight short curcuit but have no idea where to start looking. Took out the rear clusters and everything seems in order... but im going to get my dad to look over everything with an avometer even though im not sure where he should be looking for short curcuits etc?

If this helps - When it blows the dash illumination (dials/heater controls etc) and the drivers side rear light (normal night time light) dont work... so basically at night I have no dials and one rear light is off! Not ideal!

have you taken the rear light of and given it a good looking over?

as there might be a problem with the lamp or wiring

Disconnect things untill it doesnt blow anymore, process of ulimination.

Rear lights, number plate light, front side light, instrument panel.
