"G" Sensor under handbrake??

Apparently mine "could" be on its way out.. and also they apparently cost over 400 £ just for this little sensor that it seems no one has heard of this all relates to my abs problem ??

Has anyone ever heard of such a thing??

Could you not just buy the abs module from someone who's breaking a clio? Would have thought around £20-30 would get you one.
