Garmin Sat-Nav North America upgrade

Hi all. Iv googled it but cant find anything.

I have a garmin 205 something or other. Im going to Miami on Thursday and want to use it. My question is.......

How do i upgrade it for North America?

yeah they arnt cheap or buy a navman then install mio pocket and maybe you can install any nav software on it with all the maps maybe
