It depends on the dealer TBH, i and several others on here have had no problems getting things replaced despite having modded cars. Dansta has his cup sat on the deck with his H&R coilovers on. Totally mullered a driveshaft which the dealer could have easily argued (and probably was in all fairness) that it was due to the ride height. But they didnt, all the labour and parts were covered.

Might be worth having a chat to your local dealer and saying you are thinking of fitting a lowered suspension kit and ask them if they would still honour your warranty in the event of a claim.

Yeah, I will do that nearer the time when I'd consider having it done, at the moment I'm just thinking about it as I'd need to save up for a while first
