GDI VS Yozza exhaust

If tuning merely improved the quality, feel and sound of a car....yet only gave you minimal gain...then it would still be worth it IMO.

(Unless you've ploughed thousands of her majesty's mug into the thing of course....;) )

Even I know Yozza are a good exhaust system for the money. Get it done.

K-Tec "quote" 8-10bhp gain on a Stealth.... I doubt it's quite as much as that, not that I tested mine, but it does all help. Don't think I could say that I noticed a difference.

As for the debate, it's a) not all about peak power output, it's about improvement across the range and b) it's as much about tuning the noise, for me anyway. :approve:

Summed it up so much better than I did

We've found exhausts only make a real difference when you've done something notable to the engine (still see a couple of hp gain) If you dont fit a free'er flowing exhaust, but go for cams, ITBs etc you'll be holding the mods back from their potential

Not really! And in twice as many words

Anyone with petrol in their veins loves the sound of a good engine/exhaust - it's what sets us apart. I spend half the day looking out the office window to see what just went past!

My Alfa only has (had, once) 105bhp, but the sound of the exhaust [standard] and the crackling of the carbs on the overrun is pure music
