gear box

i dont what is wrong with my gear box, as i change gears when driving alone if i push it in with a lil force it makes a crunch noise, it hasnt gone, it mite be on its way. it was serviced last year so could it be the gear box oil ? or the gear box going?

Could b the selecto fork needs adjustng.
Id check that and chage the gearox oil personally.
When Ive changed the gearbox oil in my car its absolutly filty its much btter even with new stock oil. I use Millers 75/90 which although a bit pricy at £35 for 5 liters is superb stuff particulalry when warm it makes the shift smoother.
