Gear Knob Insert Removal.

To remove the insert from the Gaer Knob I take it yo just pry it out with something and it pushes back in?

Spot on. I always use a stanley blade and a steady hand.

Wrap whatever you use to pry it off in a microfibre or something so you dont do any damage to the surround.

is the standard 182 knob got an insert? - just i was told otherwise previously, if so I can finally replace it

Yea skinz the top of the standard gear knob (plastic bit with numbers on) is just an insert and can easily be replaced.

Cheers, anyone on the forum do them at reasonable prices, ebay r looking at £15-25, mite just have to remove/paint/decal myself if its tht pricey
