this is part of the gear linkage where the rod meets the box.
the bush on the left has about 1mm of wobble in it causing about 2 inches of play at the gear stick making gear selection difficult.
is there a nifty repair for this to take the slack out? or is it new part? if so how much?
from a brief search in google it seems its a known fault.
