I've been having a bit of bother with gear changes, mainly changing down from 4th to 3rd and up into 1st and 2nd. I read on here that changing the dog bone mount is normally the problem so that's what I've just done. Well the gears still feel the same but while i was doing this, i noticed that there is a lot of play in the shaft connecting the gear-stick to the gear box. The play is coming from the gearbox end of the shaft. Can anyone tell me what i need to do and what the problem is IE: the part i need to change? Many thanks
