Gear stick issues

Anyone out there good with rs 200 transmission issues? Thanks in advance

What's the 'issue'

The 'issue' is when selecting reverse or third gear it's very stiff and I have to use quite some force to select either gear, any ideas as to what it might be?

Gear linkage maybe?
