Gear stick wobbling

My gear stick wobbles when i change gear and stationary, what could be the problem

Most lilly the dogbone mount is worn its a common issue do a search for pics and details.

it may be as said the gearbox mount, but something that dosn't seem to get mentioned on this site is the amount the gearstick actually moves compared to other cars.
if you drive alot of cars (i do as a mechanic) you really notice it - first time i serviced one i thought it needed mounts.
and when i got mine it annoyed me so much i put the powerflex bushes on it

IMO thats not a good idea as it wears the other bits fo the car which shoulnd't be worn.
