Looking for some help/advice had a search and cant find a answer so hoping someone will help.
Have had a clunking kind of noise coming from pass side area for a few months now
or i think as iv been working through a long list of noises and this is now the loudest, changed the driveshaft last week as the cv joint was knackered and this hasn't made any difference to the noise. happens when doing lowish speeds up to about 20 over rough/bumpy roads and really clatters like loose suspension but defo not a suspension noise as checked everything i can possibly check.
Had the car jacked up today and when u grip the passenger wheel you can turn it a good 3/8 of a turn when in gear and then feel a very mechanical clunk as something re-engages i think
