Gearbox cradle help please!

Hi, I've just stripped down the upper gearbox to change the dodgy bush and found the cradle crudely bolted to the chassis leg/strut tower and it obviously has been rubbing.
Does this mount bolt straight to the car or am I missing some mounting bushes? If so, any pics?

Nothing is missing just bolts straight to the body , only sign I can see of rubbing is were the battery has not been secure & been moving about .
