hi guys, ive got a gearbox oil leak. i cant be 100% but it does look like its coming from the n/s driveshaft, theres a boot thats full of oil which i assume is inner cv but i didnt think this had oil in it. the leak is quite bad also. any ideas, thanks.

the inner n/s boot holds gearbox oil in as when stripping down that shaft you need to drain first or it all spews out there but mostly the seal around the small section on the boot normally had a slight leak,
how bads 'quite bad'?
try drain and strip shaft out to reseal the boot,im sure its a small metal jubilee type thing that i have and i just have a slight surface leak never nothing that you can see on the road/drive.
