Gearbox leak

Oil is coming out fairly slowly from the bottom of the gearbox, any know of any common faults or any easy fixes

Coming out of the gear linkage shaft? Pretty common. Can be fixed but if the leakage isn't that bad i wouldn't worry and top the gearbox oil up from time to time.

Is that a hard job to fix?

There are several options available. One needs the gearbox to be taken apart. Another option is some kind of repair kit from Renault which !might! work.

is it coming from the gear selector mech?!

if so then ive very very common!

as above the way to fix it properly is take the box apart and replace the seals
other option is to get some stuff i think from halfords for £10 that acts as a sealing additive

Leaking a fair bit now I've looked again do they often leak a lot of fluid?
