Gearbox problem

Hi need some advice with gearbox problem and a suspension knock. Car is a phase 2 non cup 172 with 56k on clock which had gearbox oil change about 2k ago (renault elf oil) I recently noticed that down changes to 3rd and 2nd are quite stiff. There's no graunch like when synchro gone just doesn't want to go in. It is more pronounced when cold. Any ideas? used to have E30 325I that was stiff going into 2nd when cold but this was up changes aswell but cleared once box warm but this is just down changes and only slightly better when warm. Any ideas?

also have bad knock/noise from front right suspension when going over speed bump ect?

what grade oil

check your top mounts aren't perished to f**k

Had new mounts a few months ago and oil change with the standard renault oil (elf)
