Gearbox refurb cost??

How much would I be looking to pay, I've had a quote of £500? Is that about right or expensive?

It all depends on what needs replacing. £500 sounds fair. Would recommend @NorthloopCup for the rebuild, he did mine and it is now as good as new.

As above as optical says, it all depends on what needs replacing tbh.
It may only need a few synchros and seals (£90 ish) or it may need gears, synchros, bearings and seals (£380 ish).
