Gearbox Shield Needed NEED HELP!

Hi i have replaced my gear knob in my 07 mk3 clio to a 'Renault Sport' one. But there is no plastic shield connecting my leather to the knob here are some pictures.

If anyone knows where i could get this bit of plastic from please could you post a link

Someone else had that issue, ended up cutting the gearstick bit down IIRC. Have a search on here.
