NEED HELP 5th GEAR FORK STUCK

Hi I really need help asap. Does anyone know how to push the 5th gear selector fork back down. Also pushed another part in as well which is now not allowing it to move anywhere

There’s a metal spring clip stopping the hub sliding down. You need to use a small flat blade screwdriver to flick it out at the 3 points - you’ll see what I mean. That will then allow the fork to go down properly.
