Gearbox swop?

I'm on the look out for a nice looking Phase 1 RT and have found a good looking one, but with an auto box. I'm not a massive fan of these and knowing nothing about engines was wondering what was involved in swapping it for a manual box? Is it a quick one in one out job or is it gonna be more trouble than its worth??? Any info gratefully received...

i had to take my gearbox out and it was a right tough job! dunno bout how hard it will be to swap from auto to manual

yup, theres a lot more than just the box needed so you would be as well looking for one thats already a manual.
