gearbox!!!!!!!!!!!

sorry guys im new to this!!!
bear with............

my clio (16v) is cluncking in 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th.only when gearbox is hot, its ok when cold and its ok if im very delicate putting it in and out of gears.its also fine when selecting a gear standing still it only happens on the move.........any ideas??

im thinking:

1, low on gear oil
2, f00000ked gearbox
3, dunno anymore guesses???

p.s how easy is torsion bar to lower??????

Check the oil level.

oil level is fine mate.....1st thing i checked!!

got a feeling im in need of a gearbox refurb....costing what??£700ish.

i think ill take the cheap and easy option i think and whack a 2nd hand one on there!

so anyone with a gearbox spair give me a shout!!
