I did this a few weeks ago on my Williams.......right pain in the arse.

Remove the cover (the rubber bit) with a screw driver or get a knife and cut it, then get some mole grips and twist. Easy.......you have got to destroy it really to get it off.

New one just pushes on holds firmly in position.
 


luckily my valver one was cracked so i just needed to pull it really hard to get it off!! new ones fits and is held firmly in position!!

Yep, as above, mine was firmly stuck on and ended up cutting it into pieces with a hacksaw to get it off. New one fits nicely on tho lol

had to hacksaw my valver one too. Took ages to get the little bits of plastic out of the carpet afterwards.
