Gearstick issues

Hey guys,

Got an issue with the gearstick I think, it seems there is very little resistance moving it in neutral to the left (for selecting 1st) compared to moving it to the right (for 5th).

Any idea what's causing this?

Sounds like your gear selector or linkage mate.
