Getting rid of smoke smell?

Any swift ways to get rid of the smell of smoke from the interior? Seen a few tell-tale signs and smells like the previous owner smoked a lot in the car, and have got an air freshener in there and regularly febreeze the seats, any other tricks people have used to help get rid of the smell?

Let a local tramp sit in it for 10 minutes. You won't smell any smoke then.

the smell most likely coming from roof lining as smoke rises, try cleaning it with something like groom then some auto glym auto fresh or similar,worth a go?

Get a new car smell air-freshner or fill the boot with smelly fish.
