Getting the tracking done half way through tyre life?

  172DD Cup
is it worth getting the tracking done part way through a tyres life? my tyres have 4mm at the moment but it pulls slightly right. if i get it tracked now, will the tyres wear double quick and my handling go off key?

Why would it? Surely there's something wrong at the moment if its pulling right? If it were me, i'd get it done and make sure the tyres were wearing evenly (assuming you're not intentionally running massive camber).

i assume the tyres will wear unevenly with the tracking out. if the tyres have spent over half their life with the tracking out, correcting the tracking could mean the tyres would go off quicker, or the ride would be really bad. the other option of course is to wait until i get new tyres and get the tracking done at the same time.

it doesn't pull bad, it's just you notice left turns are not as smooth as right turns.

Wouldn't have thought they'll go off any quicker mate, if anything wouldn't being set out potentially focus wear on a section of the tread width causing them to wear unevenly-but you'd prob be able to notice that (similar to if you were running a chunk of camber).

If tracking was done when tyres were fitted and you've had no kerb in counters it makes more sense to re-balance tyres imo;)
