Hmm, your engine is exactly the same, its a 1.4 16v yes? both the 1.6 16v and 1.4 16v have the same intake.

how would i go about fitting the bmc..? saying that i also have that k&n 57i kit lol, sumwhere, i bought that first then got bmc as a present..

eggy790-This isn't the exact kit i have, ive got a ktec ramcharger with a kn cone on the end, basically the cable K4M has the idle valve to the left of the throttle which needs a feed(you can see it in the pic). In the induction kit you will get all the stuff to connect it directly to the throttle body, so the plastic cover you have atm needs to be completely removed so it will be the same as in the pic. It gives the car a quicker fell and a great sound with the open cone, but soon as the hot weather comes i'll stick on a closed filter.

Its not cable, its intake piping, to get a exact sized 1(length) youd best buy an off the shelf kit, if not you can buy some univesal alloy tube and get a silicone elbow. If you have the same idol valve placement then you WILL have to modify the elbow by bonding on another small pipe.
