Glovebox vibrating...

My God this thing is driving me NUTS. No matter how loud I have the music on I can still hear it rattling, can someone offer me some advice please!

I cant help you there, but my windows rattle when my bass is on, also very annoying! i think unless u put some kind of thin foam around teh edge, its a permanent problem

Its deffo not the fuse box cover just to the side of the glove box come lose?

Mine rattles too!! Annoys the heck outta me. It's the lid on mine, cos if I lean across and put pressure on it, it stops.

Exactly the same with me. Im phoming Renault tomorrow, they can bloody sort it, I cant be doing with this noise.

Mine rattles terrably, probably due to all the crap in there tho. anyone get a rattle from the roof and sunroof with the subwoofer up loud? its terrable in my car, is there any way to stop all the rattling? its f**king ANNOYING!!!

I got a vibration that comes from the rear passenger side roof (i think) somewhere.

Why dont you guys try using some WD-40 or lube on the joints.

It always works!

Mine was seriously bad, there are a few wires under the bottom of the glove box basicly under the bottom of the dash where the foot well is, push them up, try and secure them or add foam padding round them, it cured my loud rattle they were tapping against the glove box, worth a go if its that bad mate

cant you put some of the door seal on the edges to stop it

Use a small velcro strip where the glovebox closes to hold a tighter grip.
