Gmail .. WTF

Okay so my business has an email address hosted and provided by reg123.

Info@toddlerevents.co.uk

Its s**t.

I have a gmail address also.

Toddlerevents@gmail.com

How do I use gmail as a client for my hosted address? I want to be able to send emails from gmail but the recepitent receives them from my info address

Is that IMAP so I can delete and it removes from all the servers?
