God knows how this happened (scratch/s)

As I walked down to the car this morning I noticed these scratches on my passenger door, looks like something has been rubbing on it although it is weird that they are all exactly the same shape. I think its just the top coat that has been damaged as when it gets wet the scratches disappear.

Any recommendations on products to remove the damage? I was thinking of Meguiars Scratch X or something similar.

Alright what's a DA? Lol if it's a polishing machine thingy like it think it is, I'm out of luck with that. I have no power supply in my underground carpark.

I wouldn't use t-cut, been there and don't that before. It makes a right mess.

Cheers Tonksy, i'll let you know. I did have a very very quick go with the Ultimate Compound and its a slight improvement. I'll need to spend a fiar bit more time on it.
