Goodyear tyre issues from new (and other manufacturers)

Yeah, its the mobile balancer in the back of the Halfords van.

May have found some of the problem tonight, after sending him a load of photos of the car, just well looking a bit weird, @TheEvilGiraffe suggested that i check the correct wheels were fitted front/rear (staggered setup). Passenger side is fine, but turns out that on the drivers side, they've fitted the 255 tyres to the 8J front rim and put it on the back, then the 225 tyre to the 8.5J rear wheel ... and put that on the front :rolleyes::ROFLMAO:

I'm not sure whats more amusing, the fact that the first chap did it, or that the 2nd one didnt notice.

i like to give halfords/national the benefit of the doubt as not all branches are the same. My local national are actually quite good (for a chain) as are kwik fit. Protyre is excellent near me. ATS not so much
