Going to America and want a headunit.

Im going to america at the end of the week and am planning on buying a Dvd/tv headunit for my car. Will one from america work ok in my car?. I know theyre sh*tloads cheaper out there. Any help wud b appreciated.

may also be NTSC only as well and stuck to american region
