I got a 8gb from the O2 store on sunday for £180, they also had £20 off the 16gb version.

Shame they dont seem to work with new HP laptops running windows vista.

Just buy an 80gb of the previous version. Much better value for money. I have played with the new type and prefer mine. wont be upgrading to that version.

Imo the touch is far better, then any of the previous models (reply sent by iPod touch)

Agreed, the new interface blows away any previous ipod.

nah, my Ipod video is still the mutts nuts. Has much better storage capacity, can be picked up for peanuts now as well.

If you want a touch, wai until they get a decent hard drive in there and bring the prices down.

The touch doesnt use a hard drive.........

I doubt it ever will either, there probably isnt room with all the other touch screen related shizzle in there
