Good bodyshops

Does anyone know any good bodyshops around the herts/beds/essex area? Ive just got a quote from Garden City Coachworks to respray my bonnet on my cup, also get rid of 4 little but annoting dents on the drivers side, all for £300 with VAT.

Ive had another quote for wait for it...£700 but sod that.

Just wondered if anyone knows of any good and hopefully cheaper bodayshops??

know that there is a new bodyshop that has just moved to hertford from Luten. Its called mad ass styling i think. might pop in there in next day or so, so pick up the number for you.

Auto Crash, Bedford, done lots of stuff for me in the past, all good!

The latest was a full front end respray on the vee, not cheep but spot on.

I suppose you only get what you pay for.

V&G Crash repairs in SE London (nr Dartford tunnel) they do a superb job...but you pay for it. Specialise in the more expensive cars, did a great job on my dads DB7s and all his other cars. Mines also going in shortly..

I know I may come accross as a little picky but it does take all the fun out of cleaning it for starters. Now I know that it is a dodgy paint job and not the way Ive been treating it (just a shame that Renault wont do anything!!).

I know the image isnt great but you get a good idea of what its like...I hope?!

i uses Norbrook in northampton, they jut fixed cecil after his run in with a phesent, not too sure if you would need the whole bonnet spraying, they didnt spray the whole of mine, just the damamged area then blended in the laquer, could not see it at all!! very very impressed, but having said that 300 does not sound too bad!

I used Panel Craft in Rushden, Northants for my Cup. Done the whole side, fantastic job, £250. Even took a bird lime mark out of my roof FOC

Couldnt reccomend them highly enough.

A mate of mine and my sister both live in Woodley and it takes me about 1 and a half hours, depending on which route I go.

And funnily enough, hes from Irthlingborough which isnt far from Rushden or Kettering, which even more funnily enough is where I watched England beat Argentina in the world cup (in XTRA!!). That wasnt a bad ridiculous link eh?!

well theres a couple of places around here mate! i can recommend both!!! one is cheaper than the other tho, but both have very good sprayers.
