Good Exhaust

  Clio 172 mk2 & Clio 3 DCi
Hi Everyone

Still fiddling about with my new clio sport 172, got most of the bits that were working up and running now.

Just came to me the other day about getting a new exhaust, whats a good throaty sounding exhaust to get?.

Going to get a K&N as well. Is it worth decatting it though?.

Cheers Dave

  Not got a car
Im still deciding on what exhaust i want, All the 172 designs are poop apart from the stealth but k-tech prices are a little to much for what i want to pay. All the rest like Blueflame and Magnex just look to big sitting under the bumper.

I do the the one that k-tech do that fits in the bumber like a 182 but a single tailpipe but again to much money.

I think personaly the best one for sound, performance and price is the Blueflame.

Make sure with the K&N its a panel filter not an open air kit.

I've heard the GDI is pretty subtle sounding and the backboxes are available both in stealth and recessed into bumper

Clio 182 built in Sat Nav
just got a Milltek system inc de-cat........perfect at mid/high revs....bit booming at low speeds but fits better than the standard exhaust did

  Classic Mini Cooper
I got a Magnex and I think it sounds awesome, it did take a while to get used to a big soddin pipe under the bumper, but in my humble opinion I think it looks the mutts nuts!:)
