thanks, the thing is i have only just had the cam belt and water pump done and this is my 2nd engine anyway so it seems a waste even with transfering the parts over, £150 my garage wants to fit the new head and gaskets, this any good??

just rang and they wanted basically £130 ncluding vat and delivery

is there anyway to get it cheaper from them seeing as you know them ??

that comes with a 90day warranty too i believe

upon changing the spark plugs i realised there was antifreeze in the head, i presumed this was bad lol so my m8 from the garage had a look and he presumes the head is cracked???, i had a post about HG as i was using a fair bit of water now i know why!

cheapest so far is £100 delivered with 90day warrenty, this seem like a fair price as i know sometimes they charge quite a lot
