i managed to go today and not take a singe picture, not even with my phone, was nice not to be governed by the camera for a change, didn't have to get frustrated by people getting in the shot, was a nice change.

Can't believe the weather held out today, no rain and i have a little sun burn!

smokey lol!! (F1 cars don't get timed up the hill)

he did a few drives in a McLaren SLR roadster and an interview on the balcony of the house.

How did he do in the SLR?

Reasonably quick compared to others or did know one else go up in the SLR?

in the SLR it was more of a wave to the crowd drive, he didn't set a 'hot' lap as such.

Nice pics... you guys seem to have got good view points. I've been a few times and thought it was s**t, because i couldn't see anything. Once i had a competitor ticket, had lunch in the tent and went home lol..

Managed to get hold of some hospitality tickets for free so the veiw was great and uncrowded.

the best car to go up the hillclimb for me was the 1996 Ferrari F1 V12, last of the V12's before everyone had to have a 3.0 V10. The sound was just gorgeous!

I was there on the saturday and it was well good, not as packed as I imagine sunday would have been
