Windows - switch to sky view and CTRL ALT A
Also works under Linux - use normal view not sky and press CTRL ALT A

With both you may need to just move around a bit before CTRL ALT A will work.

You need to have the latest version, then you will have an icon on the end of the toolbar to switch, or you can go into the menu.

Ok I done it now - you need to be viewing over the runways at san fransico airport in earth mode. Try either ctrl + alt + a, ctrl + a or ctrl + windows key + a

doesnt work for me, i went to view then to Sky, no luck,
