Goosed headlights

Noticed tonight that one of the bulbs in the headlights seems either duller than the other or just misaligned, I can't really tell and it looks like they are lighting up the cabin of cars in front.

I put the car in front of the wall at home but it seems okay, is there any way I can test it or is it a case of dropping into a garage that has the equipment?

I've found the problem, it seems the unit that the bulb sits in is loose, anyone know how to tighten it or is it knackered? The bulb itself is sitting secure, also the self adjuster switch isn't working on this side anymore.
