Is it true that the racing blue 182 cup with gordini stripes are special editions?

Just seen this on parkers's website dunno if its true or not:

"Blue paintwork and white stripes show that its a Gordini special edition"

you could have racing blue on any 182, the stripes were a standard option with the colour.
