Got a virus/spyware

Need help here. I seem to have got something in my laptop. It's causing any web pages to fail to load but allows google searches. However, when you click on the results in google it is re directing to random search engines, eBay etc.

Tried opening the avg I had in there and that seems to have corrupted. Can anyone suggest what to do?

Esactly this!

Google chrome, firefox, IE and safari were all fucked. Couldn't access any websites to download anything. For some reason I found IE 64 bit on my start menu which seemed to be semi working. Did a bit of googling and downloaded malawarebtes. That found 75 files of Trojans and adware etc.

Ah nice, mine was so bad I had to rename malwarebytes just so it would open. LOL!

Christ! Tbh I felt like just wiping the whole thing out but didn't want to loose all my stuff. Time to get backing up!
