I would've done a few things to make the final look of the car different (read better) but I think this is quite impressive. I wonder how easy it is to remove

Looks alright ye but how are you meant to deal with stonechips?!
Only problem is it being matte. If you could do gloss id be using it everywhere!
you can do gloss....
they also do a special lacquer for it (check the plasti-dip site)
Hit me to the link in rattle can form...
edit: glossifier in can form http://www.plastidip.com/home_solutions/Plasti_Dip_Enhancers
and the colours in rattle can-
Although not sure why he didn't remove the number plate lol.

As mentioned. Gloss not available in UK in spray form yet.
I like the matte grey, i'd love to see a whole 1*2 done in that colour.

Peels off just like vinyl. (hence why he didn't mask up more)
Paint is left in tact.
I've just done my bonnet in Matte Grey and will be doing the rest in Matte Red this weekend
How many cans/coats did you use to get the bonnet to look like that?
going into it as a business so I've got a decent gun and use tins rather than cans.
8 coats 600ml of plasti dip and 600ml of thinners
Thats not bad considering there is 400ml in rattle can form! 2 cans = £20 for the bonnet.
Really toying with the idea of doing the wheels on my 172 in that matt grey! Either than or Black. Looks FAR easier than Paint!!!
600 + 600 = 1200ml
But why would rattle cans need thinners?
